Solution Integration Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into integrated IT/OT solutions (IoT sensors, controllers, ERP, automation).
• Collaborate with Sales to design technical solutions, prepare proposals, and conduct pre-sales analysis.
• Work with Operations to create detailed execution plans, including BOM, wiring diagrams, and installation timelines.
• Optimize internal processes and templates for proposal-to-delivery workflow (drawings, costing, documentation).
• Coordinate between software (ERP/IoT platforms) and hardware teams (HVAC, lighting, sensors).
• Support the deployment and integration of devices and systems on-site (if needed).
• Analyze data from projects to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Act as the internal “engineer integrator” between product, business, and delivery.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Strong logical and process thinking; familiarity with systems integration.
• Comfortable reading electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, and basic control systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and documentation tools (drawings, costing, SOPs).
• Willing to work in a dynamic environment bridging multiple departments.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in IoT / Automation / Smart Building projects.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo).
• Basic understanding of solar PV systems or HVAC systems.
• Experience working in startups or small teams (wearing multiple hats).
• Proficiency in Python, Node-RED, or database queries is a plus.
