Solution Sales Executive

As a Solution Sales Executive, you will be the face of Ferbos to prospective clients—introducing them to the power of digital energy solutions.
This is an entry-level role ideal for those who are:

You don’t need an engineering background—we’ll provide training and technical support. What you need is initiative, good communication, and a desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Understand Ferbos' smart energy and IoT solutions.
- Identify and engage potential customers (B2B, buildings, factories, property developers, etc.).
- Conduct initial needs assessment and recommend relevant solutions.
- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to prepare proposals.
- Follow up leads, conduct presentations, and assist in closing deals.
- Build and manage relationships with clients and partners.
- Learn about trends in energy efficiency, automation, and digital transformation.
- Help shape the voice and reach of Ferbos through events, demos, or campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (Business, Communication, Industrial Engineering, Management, etc.)
- Passion for sales, sustainability, or digital technology
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of initiative and curiosity
- Willing to learn about technical products and solutions
Preferred (not mandatory):
- Internship or extracurricular experience in B2B sales, project management, or startups
- Exposure to tech/digital tools (e.g., CRM, Excel, Canva, etc.)
- Comfortable presenting to clients and handling questions
